like the big idea and see many people talking about local news where is it....seems to me you could set up a minor league team for say 50 local areas with the best journalism graduates...give them 75k a year for 2 years and have 100 of them in the 50 areas working on local angles of the areas....see who becomes the next 100 smart people …
