Is that the old Amoeba at Sunset & Ivar or the new one on Hollywood Blvd? I used to live right down the street from there in 2008-2010 and it brought back memories.

I believe that Fagen and Becker cobbled together a possibly earlier drum machine because they were s exacting about the grooves.

$130,000.00 huh? When Peter spent that money was it a lot for a music education? Was it merely the scrapings off of the bottom of his father's shoe? Because of the way the stock market works, I don't think all of the indicated wealth it contains can be extracted as if it was a bank account. I think it works more like 'Powerball' actually.

I splurged and bought an Acme Siren Whistle today. Beautiful tone and playability. Now I can jam with Rashaan recordings. But now I wonder how much that fifty bucks will be worth in thirty years.

I run (slowly!) with a running group which paces you with others your speed; I have observed that people doing so tend to sync up their cadences...social unity deeps to be deeply intertwingled into us.
